Identifying, measuring and improving life quality have been among important objectives of researchers, planners and governments in recent decades. This scientific and research arena has attracted the attentions of many scientific fields such as sociology, psychology, economics, environmental sciences, geography, medical sciences and The present study is an applied one and it employs a "descriptive-analytical" method. The population of the research is all citizens of Yasuj. The sample was evaluated using Cochrane formula based on proportional stratified random sampling for each four districts of Yasuj. The results indicate that in terms of dimension of environmental and mental health, District 2 has the highest score and District 4 and 3 has the least scores respectively. In terms of social dimension, District 1 occupies the first rank and District 2 the last rank. Regarding health dimension, Districts 2 and 4 with similar scores occupy the first rank and District 3 is in the last rank. Regarding transportation dimension, District 4 is in the first rank and District 1 in the last one. In addition, investigations indicate that the observed correlation between public transportation dimension and environmental and mental health is not significant. The observed correlation between other dimensions of Quality if Life Index is direct and significant. Regarding the total Quality of Life Index, the mean of the satisfaction of people of these four districts indicates that District 2 with score 3.98, District 1 with score 3.71, District 4 with score 3.25 and District 3 with score 3.24 occupy ranks 1 to 4 respectively. The investigated five dimensions in four districts of Yasuj city (Districts 1, 2, 3, and 4) totally are capable of explicating 1.1, 21.9, 20.3 and 16 percent of variations (variance) of satisfaction index of quality of life.

Archeology as a scientific system for processing of models and making rational analogy and rebuilding natural environment, is indebted to geography, and is inseparably relevant to landscape and environment in rebuilding past natural environments of human settlings. Although particular patterns of life is formed on Earth by the result of interaction between humans and the environment there. Changes in the natural environment have provided spatial differentiation in terms of Population and housing density and the cause of formation have been patterns of living in different historical periods. Hence, the present study intends to study the manner of special distribution of ancient centers in regard to natural variables including elevation, slope, aspect, landforms, distance from rivers, land uses, climate parameters such as rainfall, temperature and evaporation using GIS and ''Moran'' model. The descriptive-analytical research method was used in this study. For this purpose, 1408 ancient centers of different eras (prehistoric, beginning of history, historical and Islamic) were recognized, and spatial geo database of them was created, and then the pattern of spatial distribution of them in regards to natural factors was investigated. The result of this study indicates that accessibility to water resources, rainfall, weather, land uses, and landforms have had the most effect on distribution of ancient centers, as a results of ''Moran'' model application indicate that the change in spatial distribution of ancient centers from random model in prehistoric era (Z score of 0.4) to somewhat strong cluster model in Islamic era (Z score of 2.04) with average spatial distribution. The natural field of ancient centers in historical eras in the era's of Iron age is mostly distributed on mountainous areas of south and south eastern of the province with humid and very humid climate. This situation according to the accessibility to rangelands provides a suitable environment for animal husbandry. However, the clusters of Islamic and Historic eras are mostly distributed on the catchments of rivers and foothills in relation to agricultural or mixture of rangeland and dry farming lands.

The social welfare of rural people is related to numerous factors such as employment, suitable income, access to services as education and sanitation, health, natural environment, security and strong association. In addition, rural social welfare including a series of arrangements and supports of social that with assistance of rural people participation and governmental and Non-governmental of engagement to rural areas arise for pushing of rural development plans for removal the needs of rural people and protect human dignity. The methodological approach was a descriptive –analytical of the survey type. Statistical population of this study consisted of all Farmers in Meshkinshar County. The sample size determined by using Cochran formula (n=196). The content and face validity of the instrument was specified after several times review and correction by the faculty of members at university and several expertise of administrative offices. A pilot test was conducted to determine to reliability of the questionnaire and Cronbach Alpha coefficient of 0.84 to 0.97 was achieved. The achieved data’s were analyzed by way Fuzzy Topssis techniques. In the end, the results of multi –attribute decision making methods in the base of calculated weights showed that dehstans of Tazakand and Savalan lied in the first rank in view of social Welfare, respectively, and dehestans of Gheshlaghe Gharbi lied in the last rank. So that now improving of residential environment has been become one of the fundamental goals of urban planner and policy makers. In this survey with aim of residential environment analysis in Esfahan city has been tried to identify the residential environment that has less quality and the parameters affecting the quality of the environment until give recommendations in order to improve the quality of residential environments in Esfahan city. Survey data collected from the questionnaire of municipal senior executives have been analyzed with use of analytical- descriptive method, and Topsis technique and cluster analysis with SPSS software. TOPSIS technique introduce that Marshin , Mehdi Abad, Dehnoo, Zeinabiyeh and Ashegh Abad respectively, as the five residential environment with less quality from the vision of municipal senior executives in the Esfahan city. Cluster analysis results classify residential environments in the four groups according to survey index. Factors affecting the quality of the residential environment, various factors influence on the quality of the environment that among these factors, Lower social status in the residential environment as the most important factor and access to historical-cultural complexes as the lowest factors are considered. According to the affecting factors on the quality of the residential environment, some ways have been presented for improving the quality of residential environments such as Cleanliness in residential environment Remove incompatible land uses with residential environment, Protection green spaces.
