Analyzing and comparison the levels of facilities is one of the most important factors for determining the development of different indicators. By last incorrect and focused planning, the quality of development and its micro structures has made lots of problems in different zones of Iran. Different dimensions and structural complexity of this matter is one of the most fundamental challenges in providing suitable model for distribution of credits. The first step is ranking different zones by regarding their equipment.  In current study, by using the unequal Morris coefficient and numerical Taxonomy and using 15 indicators in industrial part, we studied the percentage of facilities in each city of Esfahan.
The results show that the most facilities are possessed by Esfahan and Barkhar, Kashan and Falaverjan are in the next ranks. Also, FereidoonShahr, Tiran and Khansar are in poor group in regard of industrial indicators.

The Nomad communities played an important role in the socio-economic status of the Iranian society from the beginning of the twentieth century. Following the political events of Reza Shah such as settling strategy, the nomads lost their importance and marginalized. The present paper aims study the social and cultural transitions among the Turkman tribe to find out how settling strategy led to the emergence of a tribal town in the north of Iran. Town of Bandar Turkman was established about 80 years ago by the Pahlavi regime in the vicinity of national rail terminal of the country, which now ranks forth among the urban centers of Golestan province. The research method is based on the analytical models of BeaujeuGarnier, Wertheim test and Vernet by using Excel to illustrate the results. The study gained an analytical-evolutional approach due to its historical nature. The results revealed that the settling strategy has been influential on the socio-cultural structure of Turkman tribe which led to the economic and social development of the new town of BandarTurkman compared to the old urban places of the region. Also it is obvious that the women society gained more as they became more literate and now are participating in the different social activities which had less opportunity in their old life style.

The dynamic system of city is changing constantly. With passing time, some problems such as poverty, disorganized, environmental pollutions, etc will change the image of some parts of the city and give them a different image which has signs of deterioration. The issue which we face today is recognizing such these urban fabrics which is going out of city cycle and converted to blighted areas. The research method which is used in this assay is descriptive- analytic method; also, this assay tries to gather all required information through studying documents of related organizations and library resources, internet searching and interviewing with related managers who are familiar with research subject. Then, all information will process with a professional view. At the end, some indexes will be drawn up through using index making principles to identify blighted fabrics. The result is that in Iran, blighted fabrics are divided in to two categories named deteriorated fabrics and informal settlements which have some indicators to be specified. In spite, these indicators are not comprehensive in some cases and need some corrections. But it is better to use some indexes for recognizing blighted fabrics which have overall view in urban issues and avoid separating all kinds of blighted fabrics. Furthermore, all kinds of historical, industrial, abandoned commercial areas and etc. should be considered as blighted areas and should be treated as an integrated unit. Moreover, the indexes should be adjusted in the way which decreases ambiguities with presenting criterion for evaluation.
