One of the most important plans of this type is the Rural Guide Plan that its goal is consisting of building the rural development, providing the equitable opportunities, conducting the physical condition of the village, mortgage lending, public and environmental services, improvement of the quality of villages, and providing a suitable condition to provide the basis for issuing title deeds of residential property located in the village. Therefore the goal of the current article is to study the rate of the villagers' satisfaction from the physical, socio- economic effects of the Rural Guide Plan in the villages of the Nimrooz city (Southern East of Iran). Based on the cross- sectional method of research the statistical population was all villages of the conductor and the sample was consisting of the villages under cover of the guide plan for at least 4 years. Therefore the numbers of 10 villages (with 2813 families) were investigated. Then by use of the Cochran formula the numbers of the 338 families were selected as the sample families. To earn this goal, parallel to the document studies, a vast range of indices with socio- economic dimensions were determined and in the framework of the field studies (questionnaire and field observations) were investigated. Analyzing the data was done by use of T test in the SPSS software. The results showed that in the all variables of the research the rate of the performance of the Guide Plan in the all socio- economic and physical dimensions in the studied villages were below the theory norm( 3).
