Applied research is descriptive and analytical study. The data for the study was obtained from the 1390 Population and Housing Census results. Using 26 variables to create an index of 22. A total of 22 index was reduced by factor analysis to four factors that together cause 97/62% of the variance in the fall. Finally, in order to rank and categorize Vikor city of the province of the techniques used. Results indicate that the fourth factor underlying the special value 16/71, only 76/02% of the variance and includes four factors are among the most effective.
