		<Abstract>The main purpose of the study, analysis and evaluation of quantitative and qualitative indicators of the province housing accommodation, And also determining factors in improving the indicators and the grading and ranking of sites based on the application of quantitative models of regional planning. Applied research is descriptive and analytical study. The data for the study was obtained from the 1390 Population and Housing Census results. Using 26 variables to create an index of 22. A total of 22 index was reduced by factor analysis to four factors that together cause 97/62% of the variance in the fall. Finally, in order to rank and categorize Vikor city of the province of the techniques used. Results indicate that the fourth factor underlying the special value 16/71, only 76/02% of the variance and includes four factors are among the most effective. In order to use VIKOR method of grading areas of the province and the city have been classified into five groups.The zero-based index of the first rank, and city to city Feridounshahr coefficient 1 The final is ranking, In other words 17/4 % The city&#039;s high level of, 26/08% most deprived area into account</Abstract>
