In study the provinces of Iran in terms of access to facilities and housing diversity is studied. This study has identified the provinces privileged of facilities related to housing, sewage disposal systems, infrastructure and housing area is based on a villa or apartment. Finally, by combining 19 indicators to rank the provinces are discussed. Descriptive-analytical method for the analysis of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)is used. The results show that, Sistan-Baluchestan province with weight of 0.022 are deprived Hormozgan and Kerman provinces respectively are disadvantaged provinces of the country, with an average weight of0.0265.Some provinces, such as Ilam, Kerman, Kohgilouyeh Boyer Ahmad and the extent of extensive settlement units in good condition but not a good basic facilities .number of Large provinces such as Tehran, Alborz, Markazi and the provinces have the facilities are basic but good state of urban sewage disposal systems and the area of the settlement was not And enjoy the great privilege of some basic amenities such as central heating and cooling systems and other basic facilities.Isfahan with the weight of 0.038 is the most advantaged province along with the other provinces Recognizing the diversity of housing and settlement facilities and services as a tool capable of increasing the efficiency of government support policies and regional distribution of services and facilities.
